The STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) field has the power to transform the lives of students in Appalachia in countless ways. By providing access to quality STEM education, students from this region can gain the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue rewarding and fulfilling careers in a variety of STEM-related fields. Thus, my mission is to speak at schools and institutions in the Appalachia region, regarding the doors that science can open, and the lives it can change!
